I'd be close to suicide if that happens.

Edited: I changed the lions pick to avert mass suicides. (I wonder what would have happened if I mention I would have had us taking spiller in the 2nd)

The horrible thing is I have a feeling it may be what we end up with come draft day.

I would prefer Spiller over Berry, at least he would touch the ball 10 to 20 times a game.

I thought Spiller was widely regarded as a top 10 pick. You made it sound like you would have had the Lions getting him at #34? Or did you mean 2nd pick overall, not 2nd round pick?
Also, Stallion wrote: 3 Buccaneers-S Eric Berry-Dez Bryant is a strong possibility here but Morris listens to his mentor Kiffen.
Kiffen is in Los Angeles running a College Defense isnt he. Don't know if hes got time to help out Young Mr Morris.

Kiffen has came out and said that Berry should be the number 1 pick over Suh and McCoy. I am sure Morris has talked to him about it.
I think some think Spiller is a top 10 player but I have him going late 1st early 2nd.

I am totally OK with getting Bell or Blount in the 3rd round. I've also liked what I've seen from Jacoby Ford as well. I don't really wanna spend early picks on offense but we HAVE to be able to run the ball if we want Stafford to survive and win us some games and we currently have nobody able to run the ball that effectively. Even if we had a rock solid O-line, I still don't think any of our RBs can get it done.
I want to say, "fix the O-line in FA" but that has not worked out well for us at all. I just hope that this staff will but us in position to field a complete team by next seaon. We need atleast 5 starters out of this upcoming draft to have a shot at .500

Im surprised that you have Spikes going that early. Ive always been high on him (he is even disruptive as a pass rusher) but I think character concerns (eye gauge), slow 40 time and the fact that it seems like every year MLB tend to drop could put him out of the first round.

I still thinkthat Toby Gerhardt RB Stanford will be a middle round steal. There was an article in SI that says white runningbacks may not may not get a fair shake when it comes time for reqruitment or drafting. The general consesices is that the white boys can't hang for a whole season.
Maybe Gerhardt car bring back the memories of Larry Csonka and Jim Kikk of Dolphins fame that may never be seen again.
