 2011 Lion's Super Bowl
As we all know our super bowl is coming in April, and I'm suggesting if it's not broke don't fix it and go back to the well one more time. Let's take another player with a African name from Nebraska, it worked out the last time. Prince Amukamara Nebraska CB Height: 6-1 | Weight: 205 | 40-Time: 4.45 Hell I'm feeling frisky, let's take Roy Helu Nebraska RB Height: 6-0 | Weight: 220 | 40-Time: 4.55 as a power rusher to compliment Jahvid Best in one of the later rounds if he's still available. Here's your time for suggestions to help our team improve and dig me out of hosting draft party slump, I've been in for the past ten years, which have become tradition at my home now.

 Re: 2011 Lion's Super Bowl
Its sad, but I wish I could host draft parties. I love my friends, theya re amazing people and I have known most of them for 10+ years if not since before High School (im 31 now), but my ONLY .. seriopusly ONLY friend who lies football is the 1 who moved to Louisiana 3 years ago. I can pull off a Superbowl party because it is the superbowl, and the booze and food are excellent, but Even once I get a 50" TV in january I doubt I could get anyone to even come over to watch a game on Sunday. You guys are my Football Support Group.

I like Amukamara, more than Peterson in fact and think without a doubt they need him first. As for Helu, I haven't been super impressed with him, having another RB to compliment Best would be nice but I would honestly want an bigger RB than him..I'm saying Brandon Jacobs or another TJ Duckett sized guy.

With Mo Morris coming on, we might not be in the market for a second RB.

True, but he's sort of like Chester Taylor. Not a whole lot of miles on him.

I think he needs to get more carries earlier in the year, if he's still here of course

 Re: 2011 Lion's Super Bowl
i was a huge fan of drafting best, but if we were to win the last 2 games and slip back to 10 or even further, both amakumara and peterson was off the board and for some reason they picked a rb(im not saying we should). it would not hurt my feelings if they took mark ingram. im not saying they should take him, im not saying they will take him, all im saying is that i think he is going to be an amazing nfl runningback and i would love for it to be with the lions.

I cannot even explain the level of pissed off I would be if we took a RB in the 1st Rd.

Ingrams a home town boy...he played for my old High School...that said we do NOT need a Rb at this point. BPA or otherwise. (course this is comming from a guy who was upset that we "wasted" a pick on Best, so whata I know...)

 Re: 2011 Lion's Super Bowl
If we want out Runnign Game to improve we need to drat Oline, not a bigger back.
MoMo, Smith and Best are fine, along with Felton when we have better blocking. See the last 2 games.

 Re: 2011 Lion's Super Bowl
Im fine with the Lions grabbing another RB, but not in the first few rounds. Quality backs can be found at the bottom of the draft or UDFA.
