 Franchise Tags circa 2011 Lets put all franchise tags (an interesting year for this with the expiring CBA so I'm not even sure how valid they are) in one place, so far:
Eagles, QB Michael Vick (also K Akers got transition tag in Philly)
Jets, LB David Harris
Patriots, G Logan Mankins

Expected franchise tags this week (have to happen by Friday):
Chiefs, LB Tamba Hali
Ravens, DT Haloti Ngata
Steelers, LB LaMarr Woodley
Not sure about a couple of WRs (Vincent Jackson, Sidney Rice)
