300 members and only 4-5 on at a time?

 300 members and only 4-5 on at a time? This board has 300 memebers, but barely any of them have put up any posts!! This forum needs to get more active! What can we do about this? I tried recruiting people from the Detroit Lions website forum, but I don't know if that's going to work. How can we make this board more exciting?!!

Come around Monday-Thursday around 3:00. There is usually 20+ members on then. People have jobs, people have school, people have lives on weekends. Not everyone has time to come on and post.
