 Kolb traded to Arizona
For Dominique-Rodgers Cromartie and a 2nd round pick. Kolb agrees to 5yr Deal for $63million.
Same old Cardinals. Name one Andy Reid developed QB that has succeeded outside of Philly? You could question if they succeeded in Philly too lol.

 Re: Kolb traded to Arizona
As expected, Cards paid a pretty high price as far as I'm concerned.

 Re: Kolb traded to Arizona
Wow... Kolb didn't have to do much but play well for a few games then lose out to Vick to get that paycheck? Amazing! Never been a fan of Kolb, never knew why people were so high on him. Good for Kolb...

 Re: Kolb traded to Arizona
Arizona must be out of their minds. I'd have traded for Kyle Orton, and at least known what I'm getting before trading for Kolb, who is still something of an unknown.
For Orton, they could have kept DRC, given a third or fourth round pick, and signed him to a significantly lower priced deal.
Look like Arizona has no interest in winning the NFCW any time soon.
And they are asking Joey Porter to take a pay cut. If I were him (and I'm not, and don't really like him), I'd be asking why I should take a pay cut when you are so willing to pay this, for all accounts and purposes, rookie so much?

 Re: Kolb traded to Arizona
I am always amazed at how Orton keeps getting screwed. Dude gets the job done and still is used as trade bate. Arizona would have been wise to go with a solid QB that is still young enough to play at a high level for a few years... compared to someone who keeps losing out on QB battles even when he is favored to win.

Well if your going to be standing around holding a clip board by week 5 it might as well be in a place that is sunny and warm.

 Re: Kolb traded to Arizona
I know the Cards were desperate for a QB, but damn. $12M+ a year for someone with seven starts. Visions of Scott Mitchell are dancing in my head.
