Re: Graphic Violence League 2011 Edition.

Steensn's just being a smartass now. He offered his punter for Brady in his latest trade fiasco. I'll remember that when I destroy him in both of our week 1 matchups this year.

Quote: Next, I expect him to offer his kicker for Tom Brady or something. You expected too much... I offered you a punter worth WAY less...

Ironically, a punter is actually worth more than a kicker in this league. You'll see.

two things I hate in FF, early drafts (time of day) that I typically can't make and autodrafts. UGH!

Clarification on locking the FA during games, what is the rule? When can we pick up players?

Re: Graphic Violence League 2011 Edition.
Steensn, once a game has started, all FA players on that team are locked. They will not unlock until 4 hours or so after the Monday night game has been completed. Therefore, you'll typically see me snatching up players at 4-5 AM on Tuesday morning. First come, first served.

I see now. I was used to Yahoo where if they did lock it you still had a waiver wire.

Re: Graphic Violence League 2011 Edition.
It sure was fun beating the crap out of steensn this week, but he put in a stronger effort than I thought he would. It was also another 400 point week for me and I think Tom Brady set a record with 90 points. Looking forward to doing the same thing to Billy next week.

Re: Graphic Violence League 2011 Edition.
Brady saved your skin. After my late night blitz I think I got more more dynamic players in certain positions.

Re: Graphic Violence League 2011 Edition.
Brady puts up monster points with these settings, which is something you didn't know about. 90 points was rather high for him, but 60-70 isn't out of the ordinary. And no late night blitz for me after one week. Why drop good players who had a bad game for a flash in the pan who might do little else for the rest of the season? I'll believe in my draft until the players show otherwise after a few weeks, not one game. For instance, Jeremy Maclin had 3 pts while Vincent Jackson only had 5. I still wouldn't drop them for Ted Ginn or Early Doucet tho. Just saying.

Re: Graphic Violence League 2011 Edition.
I don't know what hit me. Wags came back from the brink of disaster to beat me by 1 stinking point. And he didn't have Brady in this league like he did in the yahoo league where I beat him by 1 point after also having a huge lead on him going into Monday night.
Sly, you streak ends now.
Staffor is gonna throw for 525 yards and 5 TD's in the first half next week. LOL.

Re: Graphic Violence League 2011 Edition.
The streak will not end. I gotta look back, but haven't I beaten you 20 times in a row or something like that? Face it, your teams usually suck and I own you.
