I have Chris Ivory who is currently on PUP until at least week 6. I had been able to put him on IR up to this point, however now it says that he is ineligible for IR, can anyone explain why? He is NOT eligible to play per league rules, but yet he's not eligible for the IR slot either?

Also wondering why players that are known to not be playing aren't eligible for the IR slot (Gates)? Is there anyway these settings could be modified?

Wags, I have no idea why Ivory is no longer eligible for IR. Sounds like just another glitch on ESPN's end. Unfortunately, Billy or I can't do anything about it.

As for who is typically eligible for IR, ESPN uses the official injury report and won't declare someone IR eligible until that player is officially listed as out. Most times, that doesn't happen until an hour before kickoff. I know, it sucks, but there's nothing we can do about it.
