we're all talking about it so clearly the guy has a problem catching the ball. The one in the end zone should've been caught. We've been discussing this eversince he's been on the team. Hopefully he gets better but as it stands today, he is by far the worst pass catching TE on the team. I have no faith in him late in games any more.

I found myself holding my breath when the ball was going his way on that pass in the end zone that he dropped. He needs to be more consistent, no doubt about it.

He hung on well today. I would like to see more of that but as usual, every time the ball was thrown in his direction I was waiting for a drop.

100+ yards and no drops...that's my guy. This is the start of his turn around.

Hopefully, Pettigrew's 11 catch and 112 yard performance will begin a turnaround for him. I don't think he dropped a single pass on Sunday and that has been his biggest issue as a Lion. If the drops were caused by a lack of confidence, that should be rectified now, but who knows what the issue truly was?

looked like the entire team broke out the stickem on Sunday - very good hands. And correct, Pett didn't drop a single one.

Looks like butterfingers was at it again today. He seems to make some fantastic catches at times, but like Stafford he just isn't consistant.

I hope you're not talking about the last play....that was all stafford. Sure, pett should have dove, but staff can't lead him by 3 yards like that

That was absolutely a bad throw. That wasn't Pettigrew's fault but, yes, he has dropped a lot of passes this year. A lot of them at key times. We all know he's had problems with catching the ball. That's not even debateable but, this time, it was Stafford's fault.

I see he's at it again. Dropped the first pass of the game, let someone just take the ball from him like he was a kid on the schoolyard, etc. The guy simply can't be trusted.
