how do you post pictures and how can I post pictures from my pic folder on my cpu? I've been finding some pretty sweet Lions moments throughout the season and I'd like to post a few.

You can't post a picture from your computer, you need a website address. So you would need to upload those pics somewhere first. Once the picture is on the web you post it by hitting the "Img" button above and placing the picture address/URL withing the IMG tags.

example (I have changed the IMG tags slightly below by adding a period in there) so you can see what it looks like.
