That may all be true, but I'd still take a flyer on him. If it doesn't work, cut him in training camp.

If we must cut Williams, I'd prefer the replacement at LEAST be nearly as good without the baggage. Haynesworth has washed out of several teams now....if that's not an indication to you that he's done in this league, I don't know what is. He simply is not the same player he once was.

I don't think the guy ever loved football and after he got his money he cashed out from the game in my opinion.

I agree completely. Even if we had to cut Williams altogether, I would rather roll with Fairley, Suh, SLH, and Flu (or some other 5th-7th rounder/B-List FA).
