Re: Various 2012 NFL Mock drafts.
Barron is going to end up being a Top 10 pick and Detroit would have to give uptoo much to get there. That's too far to move for Barron, he's a nice player but he's not a once every 10 year Safety.
The Browns are looking to move back into the 1st for a third pick. I'd much rather see that move for their 1st next year, 2nd round pick and maybe their 4th rounder. Then if Harrison Smith doesn't go 1st round take him with 2nd round pick if he's still there.

Maybe even Courtney Upshaw.

Maybe even Courtney Upshaw. I wouldn't be upset if they moved up for Konz, Jenkins or Silatolu...even Massie. But Upshaw, to me, has bust all over him. I think he benefitted from playing on a very good team, and has limited athletic skills to produce or develop in the NFL. I watched his Combine and Pro Day workouts, and he left me sorely unimpressed. On the field, no doubt he makes the most of it. But I think he peaked at 'bama, and I'd keep my distance.

Re: Various 2012 NFL Mock drafts.
So Don Banks of SI.com had Riley Reiff to the Lions in his final mock draft--one of the few (maybe the only) in the country to call that one. Today, he released his second round mock: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2012/writers/don_banks/04/27/2012.nfl.draft.second.round.mock/index.html?eref=sircrcHis Lions pick: Quote: 54 CB Janoris Jenkins North Alabama Sr. 5-10 193 His history of pot use and other off-field issues aside, Jenkins might be a pretty good gamble in the second round for the Lions in ways he never would have been in the first round. Detroit's desperate need for a cornerback may speak louder than anyone's concerns within the organization.
In this mock, the Lions pass on Konz, Lamar Miller, Brandon Brooks, Mike Adams, and Osemele in favor of Jenkins. Let's see how accurate Banks is for round 2. I think getting Jenkins at #54 would be a good value in spite of his off-field issues.

Re: Various 2012 NFL Mock drafts.
That is amazing and had me laughing throughout it.
Except the whole Weeden being a good pick (better than tannehill - book it) so I dont get why all the gifs associated with it. Wasnt even a reach. If Weeden was 21-23 he would have gone ahead of tannehill in the top 10.
The Seattle and 49ers 1s had me cracking up. specifically

http://walterfootball.com/Milliner in the 1st. Reid in the 2nd, and Cobi Hamilton, WR, Arkansas in the 3rd. I would prefer a RB in the 3rd
