 Re: 49ers
Congratulations to the 49er's, what a helluva defense! At least we were able to give ya'll a run for your money there at the end -
But damn, talk about making Matthew Stafford look pedestrian, outside the 50 yard screen play, he had nothin. I consider this crow eaten - Look forward to the next meeting!

Yup, good win. 8 pt loss with as bad as the offense looked at times, down a starting safety, both starting corners, and Leshoure, i'm optimistic for the rest of the season. You're arguably the best team in the league right now and hands down the best defense.

 Re: 49ers
It is amazing that after watching the game last night and again this morning that anyone can consider the Lions a dirty team. There was a team that consistently played after the whistle last night and it was not the Lions. The 49ers Oline was disgusting to watch. Do not respond with their names because I do not care to identify them as such, but #76 could be locked up for some of his egregious violations of both the playing rules and professional conduct. I would love to see someone "accidentally" roll over his knee and end his career (I would send that guy a thank you letter of approval). Not since the 80s Bears teams had I watched such a dirty group of players. There were numerous holding calls that were obvious at the point that were not called on the LT and the FB that I tired of complaining about them. I do think that last night the 49ers were the better team, however after this game I will cheer against them and hope for injury to all their players on a weekly basis. I believe this is bred by the little sh!t head coach they have and would love to meet him one day. I do not normally react to a loss this way, but I was just disgusted with the lack of respect for the game that SF displayed and the ridiculous plays after the whistle. Tell me that I should not react like this all you want, however I know that had I played against players like this (and I did back in my time) I would have taken it upon myself to cleanse the game of some of these cheap shot players. It just really angers me to watch dirty football after the whistle. Tell me about the Lions personal fouls, but most of them were just stupid penalties pushing after the whistle, not dirty plays to hurt other players for no reason. What a pathetic excuse for a francise this is. I really hope they do not go far in the playoffs because this type of play has no place in the NFL.

There were a few games yesterday that got into a little scrums, Ravens and Eagles had some borderline punches thrown.

 Re: 49ers
could these replacement refs be causing the players to get a little more fiesty than usual. It was amazing to see all the OL holding last night not getting called (on both sides). Seems like the OL saw they weren't going to make any calls and just take advantage of it. Things are going to get "chipy" around the NFL if you ask me.
