Fire..... Everybody? (Obv not)
2 Muffed Punts
2 RZ Fumbles
3 Plays from the 3 with not a single catchable pass
Every single player should be embarrased, you retards should have won this game, and instead you made a joke out of the entire organization.
Not Impressed by the Coaching staff at all except Gunther called a good game.

Why the f*** does our redzone offense suck so bad? this could be 21-13... instead we have nothing. our offense is clearly in need right now.

Re: GAMEDAY THREAD: Lions vs. Bears I on MNF
Linehan needs to go, he was good last year. But the play calling is horrible this year, the personel decisions are horrible. He cant adjust his play calling to everyone playing their safeties 20 yards off the line. Its embarrassing, no screen passes, no swing passes, no combo routes, no creativity on play calling.

Re: GAMEDAY THREAD: Lions vs. Bears I on MNF
Also, the Announcers need to get off the bears jocks. Tillman had a good game, and briggs fell on a fumble. The rest of their team didnt have a single impressive play this game.
THe Lions lost this, but the bears didnt even look good holding the Leos to a shutout. Id be very surpised if the Lions didnt win the Yards battle, just failed to score.

Stafford picking grass out of his facemask pretty much sums this one up. Off to the Draft Board!

Re: GAMEDAY THREAD: Lions vs. Bears I on MNF
We cant doubleteam the nose on a 3 man rush to prevent a 20 yard sack. Now even if we score on the next play and get an onside kick there isnt enough time to score again.
Playing soft ALL SEASON LONG.

I'm down by 2 in fantasy with Stafford and Megatron playing.
With that touchdown, I just won my week in fantasy football

Re: GAMEDAY THREAD: Lions vs. Bears I on MNF
The sky is not falling everyone. The lions showed in the 2nd half they can run the ball on that type of defense.
The fumble by Leshoure was inexcusable. The one with Bell was just a kid trying to do too much.
The lions were able to see that Broyles is an NFL caliber WR. They look pretty set at WR for the future with Young, Broyles, and Calvin.
The defense looked pretty damn good. Only gave up a couple big plays. We just get FG's instead of fumbles then we are tied.
The place I could see a change is Logan. He really hasn't done that much since coming to Detroit. Broyles maybe?
Unfortunately this is a pretty big hole to climb out of. I think they can get in the wild card picture, but probably won't make the playoffs this year.

Re: GAMEDAY THREAD: Lions vs. Bears I on MNF
terrible performance by the offense. the defense only gave up 13 but to let the bears out of deep in there own zone so many times was discouraging. cutler didnt have a great game but he took care of the football.
ill give nick harris credit, he probably had his best game as a lion its just too bad that the rest of the team was putting on the turf so often. its something different every week with these guys - a sign of a bad team...

Re: GAMEDAY THREAD: Lions vs. Bears I on MNF
still have a shot to be 4-4 at the midway point but they better pick up some steam to carry them after that

Re: GAMEDAY THREAD: Lions vs. Bears I on MNF
I got nothing. Defense played awesome (again). Turnovers were the difference against the Bears (again). It's the "same old Lions" in that we find ways to lose instead of win. One week it's special teams, the next it's the offfense. We ever get those two together the defense will probably fall apart.
At least Broyles got some looks and Titus woke up. Maybe Staff will actually pass it to other people instead of lobbing hail marys to Calvin in the middle of the game.

Agree 100% we need some youthful fiery OC who is willing to be way more creative than Linehan, also our Oline got exposed big time.
