 Dream Head Coach
Are you tired of Jimmy? Think he's in over his head and it's time for a change? Well, then let us know who would be your 'Dream Head Coach' and why?

 Re: Dream Head Coach
Not really sure I have a Dream head coach currently, but to me IF we replace Jim it cant be a Coordinator getting their 1st Shot... it jneeds to be a Former HC who has won at the highest Levels (Playoffs and or SB Experience a Must).
Experienced HCs I think could win in Detroit, and Win Fast: Tony Dungy Bill Cowher Bill Parcells Mike Holmgren Jon Gruden
I am sure there are a few Im leaving off my list.
Coaches that fit my criteria and will be available but I don't have any Interest in: Brian Billick Andy Reid Herm Edwards Eric Mangini

If I were looking to make a change, I'd be taking a long hard look at Mike Zimmer.

I just want a guy that is in with the modern era of the NFL and doesnt try any bullcrap oldschool stuff, and one that has control of this team.

Doesnt seem like you ever do. okay, i guess what is your definition of old school? i see coaches with recent success like Coughlin, Belichik as old school. I see Cowher who is a top candidate for nearly every job as old school. Bruce Arians his big association was with Bill Cowher. The harbaughs are successful and both have more of an old school mentality. Mike Shanahan, I consider him old school. John Fox is an old school hard nosed type also. Gary Kubiak as the same mentality as Shanahan and is his disciple. Sean Payton, maybe he s new school but he was failing until he learned how to run a team and call a game from Bill Parcells. Dont take things personal, I just didnt see any explanation or reasoning in your post but you felt strongly so I thought you were holding something back. In my view, the new school guys are the guys in college like Rich Rod, Urban Meyer, etc. I think the guys with success in the NFL are a totally different breed and mostly old school type of guys.
