Too little too late. It still doesn't say what will happen to the people who took them before the new rules take effect. It should have happened a long time ago. Thoughts?

I think this new policy should be retroactive to include those that have been caught since the last CBA. I know it won't happen, but that's the way I feel about it. Especially if those players were already in MLB and not the minors.

Yes, I agree, but what about Bonds. He never knew, so he says. How do you punish him?
Another question? Don't the minors have a different steriod policy? I thought I heard something about that.

You are not a top notch athelete putting stuff into your body that you don't know about.
