 Lionbacker Mock Draft Version 1.0
Brian,
WHAT A GREAT JOB!!!! I can only imagine the time you took to provide that level of analytiical support.
Although I am not enamored with your Lions selection of Pollack, I could see them going there if they can't get someone in the free agent market.
I am in total agreement with your final sentence.: Quote: A trade down scenario would be the best situation for the Lions. No safety, tight end, or offensive guard is even close to worth this selection.
Again, KUDOS for the effort and the analysis.

I was lucky, I got to format the mock on Wednesday night so I didn't have to wait as long as the rest of you.
I really liked the draft as well Brian. You find a lot of mock drafts that are all very similar - yours was very unique. After Leinart, you really made some interesting choices and gave everyone good points to think about.
Good Job,
Paul

Thank you all for the kind words.
I too wasn't too "enamored" by the Lions selection of Pollack, but I figured at that selection, the Lions had to go DE, and I thought Pollack could challenge for the top spot.
The selection may change though. Heath Miller is better than I initially observed, some scouts have brought up good points. He may be worth that 10th selection, but it would be hard to pass up a good DE.

I could see the skins taking him with the #9 pick
