Should be very comfortable for Austin going from one coach that wont ever win you a playoff game to the King of never winning in the playoffs.

Could be a wink wink HC in waiting. i dont know about that lewis basically has a one year deal to win a playoff game while the club has a year to examine other options they may want to target. if lewis/austin dont win then they are probably both out.

Caldwell took over for Dungy and thats why I don't put much credit in his first year in Indy. Caldwell got a free pass with the culture and system already there for him, he didn't have to get to know the team or make any real change to his life other than taking on the HC role.
