Former Detroit Lions and current Steelers backup QB Charlie Batch underwent season-ending knee surgery yesterday and was placed on IR. The Steelers signed QB Kurt Kittner to replace Batch on the roster.

No, if they did this, I'd lose ALL faith in the management. He was here once...it didn't work out so well. Just in case that Harrington DID go down with an injury, I would want someone that could actually win a game or two.
