Wojo makes some very good and valid points...many things we have already discussed here. In all actuality, I think the NHL has a prime opportunity here to fix their economic problems and fix the on-ice product. Take the year off, set up focus groups to fix all of these issues and why not get the Canadian govt involved in the negotiations, hell, why not get the US govt involved too. You all know damned well if this were the NFL or MLB we would be hearing about it every day on the news and teh Pres himself would be getting involved.
