"Joey Harrington, QB, Detroit
?They're doing all they can for him in the Motor City -- upgrading the offensive line and drafting running backs and wide receivers in the top of the draft. But now it's Harrington who has to do something for Detroit -- win football games. The former third overall selection of the 2003 draft has improved over the past two seasons but still needs to work on not throwing the costly pick. He's also managed to play relatively well despite a running game Lions fans might be used to. Again, that's something that should change this year, as should the passing attack thanks to second-year receiver Charles Rogers and rookie Roy Williams. There are plenty of players to help the offense succeed. All Harrington needs to do is throw.
FYI: The last time the Lions won on the road was Dec. 17, 2000, at the Jets.
RIVALRY FUEL: In two seasons, Harrington is 2-2 against Chicago, 1-3 against Green Bay and 0-4 against Minnesota."
