As of right now, it is a 12 team league with a live draft to be conducted on Monday, August 14th at 8 PM EDT. As commissioner, I can change those things and/or the settings before the season begins if enough people want them changed. Once we have filled up the league, we'll probably have a discussion about which settings everyone wants anyway, so nothing is set in stone at this point.

Hey Sli ESPN actually has a free league that allows keepers and that would be really cool. Let me know if it is possible for us to use that.

Rhys_Pieces, we could make this a keeper league on Yahoo if enough people are interested. We'll discuss it once the league is filled up. As for ESPN, I'm comfortable with Yahoo since I have used it before. I tried using a different league last year (Fox Sports) and it sucked, so I'm sticking with what I'm used to.
