Oakland Athletics treated to Dairy Queen
Quote: On the bus ride back to Phoenix from Tucson last week, Oakland A's manager Ken Macha ordered the bus driver to stop at a Dairy Queen, and the players all went inside in their uniforms.
"Order anything you want," Macha said. Macha spent $51 as his players gorged themselves on Blizzards. Source: Star-Ledger Posted March 29 by Ben Maller

I heard Jim Rome talking about that, that's hilarious. They are like a High School team... going to a dairy queen. The worker thought that they were a softball team with white spikes, you know, the team with guys who have jersey's with the number 69, name: the hammer. LOL, that's funny.
Eric Chavez was on the Dan Patrick show, he's a cool guy, honest, he knows he's part of moneyball and will likely be traded.
