 Claretts workout
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/draft05/n ... id=2026922
Quote: The running back weighed in at 236 pounds, two pounds heavier that at the NFL combine, but his 40-yard dash times were better than in February.
He ran 40s in 4.67 and 4.68 seconds, according to his agents Steve Feldman and Josh Luchs, and one team clocked him at 4.65. In Indianapolis last month, he was timed at 4.87 and 4.72.
The article also said the Steelers, Colts, Rams and Ravens had representatives there.
Wouldn't it be sweet justice if he goes undrafted!

That guy from the team south of us
Being a Michigan fan I am truly glad that we did not have to face him for three more years.
However, I saw him on ESPN today and he seemed to be in decent shape. I would be willing to at least invite him to camp or maybe spend a 7th rounder on him.
My goal would be to develop him into a fullback that would have the ability to run the ball with some authority. If he would be willing and able to do this I think that he may have some potential as an NFL player.

I see him going in the 6th round...All these workouts and combines are overated, IMO.

I agree. Besides, people saw what he can do on the field. Despite whether or not his 40 time is awesome. Some people play like they run a 4.5 and run a 40 time of 5.65. Clarett might be that way.

Even if I think the combine and workouts are overated I wouldnt select him high in the draft because he sat out two years...

Yorick
I am not a badger.
I am a total Lion and Michigan fan, unfortunately I live in wisconsin.
However I always seem to get tickets to the Lions and Wolverene games.
