 Rogers has surgery
Charles Rogers underwent surgery on Thursday to repair his fractured right collarbone. "A plate with eight screws was placed on his clavicle over the old fracture and the new fracture," head coach Steve Mariucci told the Associated Press. "He'll play through the first season with the plate, then they'll evaluate." He is expected to begin lifting weights in roughly two months, and Mariucci believes he'll be able to participate in the team's offseason programs and minicamps.

Thank goodness we took Roy Williams this year. I wanted Winslow, but that's me, and Roy is looking good. Our depth is working out well. It should be interesting in how the organization deals with Rogers and his chronic injury problem.
