Dallas would be nice seeing how I am only a 3hr drive away and just MIGHT have to go to a game there if I can afford the tix.
I'm JEALOUS, lol! I'm not close to either location. Oh, man, I wish I was back home. I'd be in Detroit HEAVEN, going to see our Winged Wheelers, the Pistons and the Tigers! I even went to Lions games (I am the only Bearaholic in the fam, much to their chagrin ).
Dallas and the Canucks Game 7 is tonight. I'll definitely check that out.

I actually managed to stay up until the end last night/early this morning. It was scary because the Wings completely outplayed the Flames for the entire game (minus about 10 minutes early in the 2nd period). All it would have took is a deflection or a lucky bounce and it would have gone to Game 7, though. That's the crazy think about hockey. The better team doesn't always win, but they did last night.
As for the next series, everyone needs to hope for a Dallas victory over Vancouver tonight. The Wings went 3-1 against the Stars this season and match up fairly well against them. On the other hand, the Wings were only 1-3 against San Jose this season and that series would scare the hell out of me.

It was like Kiprusoff made up for all his team's deficiencies and raised them to the level of Detroit at times. That is why I hope Vancouver is knocked out before the Conference Finals. Canadian crowd + Roberto Luongo = tough series for the Wings.
