As I implied before, No Worries Mate! The series is now tied 1-1 after the Wings' 3-2 victory.

Still a scarey series... IMO the Sharks deserve to be up 2-0 right now... I think we've gotten outplayed in both games... Let's hope we can put on a good show on the Rd... we need to at least take one of these games like they did here, just to even things up...

The officiating throughout the entire playoffs has been horrid! The 2 goals that the Sharks scored shouldn't have counted. The first was an invalid face-off and the other was too many men on the ice. Its rediculous the way their calling these games.
Hey Refs! Remember one word please: CONSISTANCY!!!!

I loved the looks on the Sharks faces after overtime. Total disbelieve that they lost. Hopefully this changes momentum of the series.

They couldn't let Duncan go unpunished, they had to do something. I think ejections cost players $2000. I could be wrong.

Duncan might have gotten that 2nd T removed from his record... The league deemed it bogus, which is why the ref. was fined and suspended for the rest of the season... BUT... This should probably be in the NBA forum...
That said... The Wings got lucky as hell last night IMO... I'm glad they did, because now they at least have a shot, but what pizzes me off is... you can tell when they're trying and when they're not... EVERY TIME San Jose scored a goal the Wings would be ON FIRE for 3-4 minutes after that... Then they'd slow down to idle speed again, until something would happen on the ice... IMO that's why they score so many short-handed goals... It gives them a reason to "try," they rarely give 100%, and it's frustrating as hell...

That answer would have been more effective if you had actually called him Sally, Wags.

wjb, I completely understand what you're saying. The Wings turn it on for about 5 minutes or so, then shut it down and coast for the next 10-15. It's frustrating, but perhaps they're trying to conserve their energy against a bigger, more physical team. I don't know.
All that really matters is that the series is tied 2-2 now and the Wings have regained home ice. Hopefully, they can put together a complete game sometime or Hasek can steal one by standing on his head.
